I've already done that yet it still won't work I'll do some testing on my own in the mean time.

@MushMami , make sure you go to the Legendary Characters SFO submod and subscribe to all required mods for it. That fixed it for me.

I have a question when ever I turn on this mod my game crashes on the first loading screen. No error reason just kicks me straight to my home screen. I don't believe it has anything to do with my pc I don't have any of the dlc's though. If you could help that would be awesome your mod looks so cool.
