@Mobius Done. Thanks for all the testing. I've pointed out the MM-38 issue to the devs as it affects the Tiger class and any other ships that use the Exocet with fixed launchers.

@ManeuverWarfare So after doing some test, the issue is indeed solved for the La Fayette-class and the AAW variant of the Aquitaine, but not the ASW ones.

The reason for that is due to how the missiles launches: On the La Fayette and AAW Aquitaine, the missiles correctly come out of the launchers to the sides.
On the ASW variant though, the missile don't come out the launcher and launch toward the aft of the ship. So if you're bow on to a target, the missiles won't be able to track even with the change.

Giving the firing parameters of the AAW to the ASW should fix the issue for good I think.

@Mobius I think I've fixed it here and for La Fayette. Please try it now and see if that's the case. I think there's an issue with the base game MM38 Exocet (turn rate set to 12 degrees per second vs Harpoon 30 degrees). I changed it to match the Harpoon's, which doesn't have the same issue of being able to make that 180 degree turn. Thanks for pointing this out.

@ManeuverWarfare Thanks for the answer. I tried with a merchant ship and the result was the same. And I was incorrect about the La Fayette-class, they also suffer from the same problem.

I noticed that it tends to happen to the missiles on the opposite side of the target (i.e. if you're broadside and fire your port missiles, the starboard will fail). I'm thinking the missile might not be manoeuvrable enough off the tubes, causing their seekers to not be able to get on target.
This shouldn't be an issue IRL as it can make 90 degrees turn off the tubes.

@Mobius I'm not sure what would cause that. I just took the original in-game MM38 and increased the range for MM40, not sure I changed much else. Does it only happen on one side? Can you try it against a merchant ship? I wonder if it's getting jammed by ECM?

Nice job, but unfortunately the Exocet are bugged: Half of them will simply not track the target at all and just fly in a straight line (typically in one of the cardinal direction).

Weirdly enough, it doesn't happen with the La Fayette-class.
