Actually its a probably bug, but the mod developer has nothing to do with it.

this got a bug, if you drink a beer the painkiller, sleep pills and beta blocker icons appear

in case you take suggestions, the Barefoot Moodle mod has 2 moodles, it would be really nice to have them with your style ^^

I second my comment on your main moodle mod. More people should thumbs this up to get it to 5 stars. It's a simple retexture and it's done well. The Author is responsive. I don't see why people would thumbs this down.

I just realized the title might actually make it sound like it includes the content of the original mod. Maybe "Medicine Moodles (HD Retexture)" might be more appropriate for the following reasons:

1. Will pop up when people who use Medicine Moodles go "huh I wonder if theres a retexture for this" and go to steam to type in "medicine moodles retexture" or "medicine moodles texture"\
2. Gotta remember people don't read descriptions when they dump mods on their modlist so this might save you some thumbs down.
3. Respect to the original creator by making it clear this is a retexture

I don't know how difficult this is to do and i'd hate to be pushy. Love the mods either way keep up the great work!

Does this have to be loaded AFTER Medicine Moodles? If so, consider naming it "Medicine Moodles HD" So it sorts itself properly when using autosort in the mod manager.
