Recently, I have implemented the items synergies support with External Item Descriptions.
Didn't wanna keep on adding items without giving the mod a little 'juice' for the player
My respect to you for doing your part.
+ it's amazing you continued this mod; it really needed it! I'll check in on the mod from time to time and see if new stackable items have been added.
Also I am working on changing the item description via the EID mod to show the corresponding stacking effect

This list is used by items in Fiend Folio that create duplicates of Isaac's items, like the Loaded D6, so if you could find a way to add the items this mod changes to that list that would be awesome!

In terms of items that don't need rgon, maybe Goat Head could spawn a portal to the devil deal in the starting room if you get one copy. You could access it at any point, and it would even spawn in rooms that normally don't have devil deals at all
