roll back to 1.15 and i keep getting file overrided, also is there weight of crown compatch for shogunate? i thought they are incompatible

from what i understand the issue is clans like the Oda, Takeda, Date etc. are considered as cadet branches. the only other option is to allow any count level ruler or higher to own a domicile

Good to have an update, but some houses like Takeda and Oda still don't have manors. Could you please have a look at that?
