fun idea kinda weird execution.
the spirit sword synergy seems to be completely broken. he gets a spear the room you pick up spirit sword but never uses it?

Tainted Milan should have developed a coke addiction. He is now skin-and-bones, shoots tears but has a base damage that is painfully low. Picking up coke pickups gets him to a coked-out state where his tears are lowered a bit, but damage drastically increased and speed way up. The bonuses increase and tear debuff decreases with amount of pickups consumed. While coked out, depending on amount of coke pickups consumed and amount of time spent coked out (takes way longer to fade), Milan has a 50/50 chance to take damage every 5 seconds. At max coke he has a Damocles-esque chance to die suddenly at any time.
