and that includes the supply helicopters as well.

i think you should remove the supply trucks as well since they are no longer useful. And maybe it would be nice for each country to start with an Engineer since they are the builders.

one minor change that is needed. is the oil tanks. since the supply change is gone, resource gain needs to be buffed dramatically to afford units in a longer match

The adaptation is good, but one question: where's the Cold War factory? I just looked in sandbox, and couldn't find it. Maybe I'm blind, or you removed it?
