I agree with the others, not every civil war is on here like you say, here's just some to help you out: Myanmar, South Sudan, Ethiopia, major revolts, independence movements, and uprisings in Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso, most of them tied together, and finally, the Syrian civil war just ended.

Nathanial, the reason i didn't make a country for the Russian occupation is that if Russia won the war, there would be a chance for the occupied territory outright revolting against Russia, which isn't realistic to say the least.
