I figure Ill ask, how easy is it to make a HUD? I was wishing upon a star that someone could make one that resembled the Healthbar in Megaman Zero with the verticle tickmarks and color change for armor.

Does it track what the players true max health is?
For example, if my max health was set to 200, would it still display 100% percent if I had all of it?
Or is the percentage just decorative?
