@Uziel You have a mod overwriting the icons. Check your load order and try to unpack the mod into the custom folder (make a folder inside the custom folder and extract the contents of the vpk there using GFCScape). Then, rename the folder it to "1-HUD Icons," or something that has name priority over the other mods you might have in there. I do know I had another user with the same issue, but we ended up hitting a dead end on one of my other mods, but hopefully that is not the case here and you are able to get it working.
Also, I just played dark interval and was very surprised as to how many things I've done in my other mods that end up resembling it despite never trying it out before haha. I think their HUD uses the icons straight from Half-Life 1, whereas the icons here are font-based and do not lose quality with resolution.
