it is because people tend to forget about mat_compressedtextures i think, no matter how high fidelity or uncompressed your texture, the game or Source will try to compress it anyway down to something more optimized

And to think some ppl are against compressing weapons because they believe doing so makes them look like sh*t. Splendid work especially with this one. 462mb reduced, and it still looks and feels flawless:2016villain:

I personally am grateful for another suppressed/silenced pistol addon I can use my own sound mods with.
