In the most laudatory way, this mod is not even hardcore. It and the Genetic Rarity mod should be considered mandatory for a serious playthrough. Petition for Paradox to make both mods into a game rule (on by default).

The mod is only removing the choice from the player. You should also add a blood_legacy_1 perk just to replace its ai_chance to guarantee AI can't pick it either.
