meh, half life 2 wannabe, a lot of work have been put into this map but it's kinda boring, need more action and less looking for something, ending is too fast to understand shit¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I really admire final-stand esque situations with the good guys/bad guys barricaded up in a manor or a bunker, speaking of bunkers I was thinking for the next map you could consider doing a bunker styled one? Some combine facility located in the generic forgotten cold war bunkers of europe.
could even be a jungle bunker, y'know?
either way, this is a great map trio

Hud is enabled when you first pick up the pistol. Running should have no problems, although the movement speed of the player is a bit slower on this map. If stuff still does not work, might be an addon conflict.

Ending was not what I expected. The backtracking is my only criticism, but it was a fun experience.

@dnd Thanks again for the comments. I'll definitely make more maps in the future, although they'll likely be quite different, since I am interested in experimenting more with what can be done in Gmod. As for the particle effects, I was unaware those were using a texture from HL:S, and I have now removed them in an update.

One more bug, the particles after you throw the combine ball into the opened "reactor" are missing.

@Wisdurn I just finished your campaign after watching your walkthrough, and wow. I am completely in awe. This truly is your best map yet. Again, I am so shocked in the increase in quality between each of your combine encounters, and I am so excited to play the next one (assuming you will make another one, which you shouldn't yet, you definitely need a break from all the work you put into this.) It does have its quirks, like some of the hints being a little vague, but other than that, this is one of the best combine shootout maps ever posted on the workshop, easily.

Keep doing your magic work, man.

@Wisdurn I finished out what was crashing the game. It was not your hurt at all, and rather, an oversight of me. I had accidentally enabled "Navmesh NPC navigation" and "Extended NPC navigation." After disabling everything and Zippy's base, the crashes stopped.

Though, I am unsure what to do after killing the combine and pressing the button that has the first Combine autogun we see. I went back to it, and wasn't sure what to do. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

@Wisdurn If it helps, I had MW sweps. Whenever I fired a bullet after the large combine spawning, I simply crashed.

I'll see if I can make a collection and I can try to break it down.

@dnd Immense thanks for the nice comment, and for notifying me of the issues. Both should now be fixed, although the crash one was hard to replicate so I can't 100% confirm it now works.

I love the improvements in quality every single encounter! There are two issues though, at least, for me.

1. The water appears to have missing textures, even though there had been no warning about games needed.
2. After the two turrets and killing the combine in the room, the combine surge comes out and a few seconds later, the game simply crashes. This may be because of the mods I have installed, but I have tried disabling everything, and I still crash. Or it could be my low-end computer crashing due to the high storage needed, but I had run this map perfectly fine up until now.

Overall, the map is great. I'm proud of your work on this incredible map and can't wait to finish it (if it gets fixed).
