Thankfully it still works but now it gives an error and the water in the bucket is not consumed.

After the 42.4 update, errors are occurring.

You might be able to use Velkiel's Reusable Sinks with this mod.
I haven't tried this Toilet Pouring mod so I don't have any info regarding how the two would work together.

@stalbay The fancy toilet has a water container. I just poured water into it.

I don't know what kind of toilets you have in Asia, but you can't put a bucket in there :D
