hello. in part 9 i am missing some file and i can't run it. has anyone solved this problem?

Yes. The vanilla campaign is included and will include the new mechanics introduced from the mod. I would advise playing in multiplayer cooperative mode by yourself so you can use the resuscitation kits because it's going to be harder.

Does this mod change the vanilla campaigns with any new features?

I think I might have a copy of Storm over Asia on an old harddrive sitting around somewhere, but I also remember that I messed around with some of the values in the files, accidentally giving soldiers the ability to bend over backwards to shoot their enemies.
