I fixed the issue by unsubscribing, then subscribing to the mod again. All mods work now.

Jazzwingo : The mode is activated automatically. Chepel does the episode at night.

but it is easy.
1. run the game
2. enter mod section
3. press Create
4. Enter name for mod
5. Folder for mod will be created at "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Soldiers Heroes of World War 2\mods\"
6. Edit name/desc/version in info.mod in that folder
7. put mod files
8. In the game in mod section - select mod, press apply
9. press Publish
