Galactic radio jets arent visible to the naked eye. and thus only advanced telescopes can see the bursts.

Couldn't you add the giant jets via a nebula? kinda like how that one guy used 3 nebula to make one because of its size, make one for the propulsion, and like 2 for the dust at each end

NOTE: There are no humongous radio lobes or jets coming out from the galaxies, hopefully SpaceEngine adds them in a future update.
