If this thing had dynamic physics it would be amazing!, but most likley it would just be rigged to the pelvis and legs

As someone's already asked, does this move about while you're walking? If so, that's actually pretty cool, and I'd like to see a video or a gif of it in action, but if not, I'm not so keen on this.
