I do remember that i saw this HUD from the screenshots of a now deleted playermodel addon. Thankfuly i managed to find the HUD that i wanted.

I wonder if you could give the Health Bar the ability to change shape based on playermodel using a system based off TF2's 2D/3D portrait system?

I would also allow access to a panel that would let you load your own custom images for Healthbar usage based on playermodel.
