Sorry for the late reply.

Do you subscribed to the main mod (symbol and radio glow)?
It is needed since it has the radio glowing texture.

After subscribing to it, put it in this order:
-This mod
-Radio glow
-Symbol and Radio glow
-Original Refugee Styled rebel mod

It should work as intended
