Seconding what Ryan said - I imagine that the custom shows won't have their own videos, but are you able to find the new channel itself while using TV & Radios Reinvented?

is it compatible with tv & radios reinveted?

It dosn't work with the mod "Learn to read" when the character look a program into this channel, it don't earn XP for learn to read...

it's definitely not working for me, I tried multiple config option on the sandbox settings and nothing my character seems to not be getting xp and the show does not play it only plays the warning and that's it

@TnT4u By default the mod config option "Stop Broadcast on Power Outage" is true, if you didn't change the default settings, and started a "Six Month Later" game without changing other sandbox settings the channel in-game would not broadcast. I have see the broadcast in a "Six Month Later" game with all defaults setting the "Stop Broadcast on Power Outage" to false.

Is it works well with never-ending tv or looped tv?

IDK if its a compatibility issue with one of my other mods I'm using but I'm playing on the 6 months later scenario and I have it set to play indefinitely but it never plays. Is that a bug or should I look in the console log for something specific to figure out if it is a bug? I don't have any errors or warnings for this mod all I see is it loading.

@潇尼酱, since these are sandbox options, you can change them by going into debug mode, changing the sandbox options on your save, saving, restart w/o debug and the new sandbox options should persist.

Bro, I played for a while and then realized that I didn't set up Life&Living Shows. Even though I set it up, I didn't have this channel, so I cancelled my subscription and re subscribed, which caused it to explode. Is there still any way to save it

@azzagetcrunk Remember the channel selects randomly from the pool of shows. Perhaps you have just been unlucky in the respect to you having seen a "new" show yet.

I can confirm based on the current version, first airing day 1, a new character, time accelerated 500x assuming your present for every broadcast, and that the show is removed after broadcast it takes just over a month in game time to view all the shows.

Depending on how you configure the mod changes your chances of seeing a "new" show.

it seems to only broadcast the emergency message and life and living, and the additional skill shows have never played for me

I think there may have been a steam issue earlier in the day I had a similar issue as @Crescent Star ΘΔ but with a different mod around the same time

@Xer0fire Seems it was on my end. Something prevented it from downloading at all. I unsubbed and resubbed to it, got an error on Steam saying something like "content locked", hit retry download and it worked. Ngl, I've never had that happen so it didn't occur to me to try that.

@Crescent Star ΘΔ I can't replicate your issue, I removed my workshop copy from my zomboid folder in order to get the copy from subscribing, i've subscribed it appears just fine, unsubscribed and it disappears?

This mod doesn't seem to work for B42.1.1. I can't get it to appear in the mod list

@Mantha B42 only, might reconfigure the files so that works on B41 also.

I've been liking this mod so far, but suddenly after loading my save; a bunch of copies of the same broadcast appeared at the bottom of the lists of all the radios. Only the first one worked so it must be a visual bug.

always wanted something like this. your a godsend, cant wait to try it out

for those who have or still having the issues with adding it to a existing save, go loot a new TV from an area where you haven't been before. Or use "Debugmode->Brushtool->Appliance_television" and spawn a new TV in.

I will see if it works on my save. But in either case, i will config it to appear only like 2 months after the start of the game, to make it seem like survivors regained control of the tv station and are transmiting these shows to try to help other survivors

Yep same here adding to an existing save does not have the channel show up. too bad, but I'll use it on my next run for sure.
