This is unfortunately not finished. It has been sitting on my disk for literally years because I am bad at building racetracks and was not able or not motivated to finish it. I am finally deciding enough is enough so I am sharing this. Maybe someone else can make use of the assets I made and create their own Portal themed map. Give credit when using any custom objects of this map though. It took me a lot of time to get some of these assets right.
