I’d LOVE to learn what to download to get the same effect and am going to research
the final pic for me was different because i was on phone lol
what i do in pac 3 is spawn a legacy entity part which allows the model to have volumetric lighting to be cast on it, then I pose the model and add the projected textures part which is the light itself.
I also use reshade (that one third party program used to add filters and enhance graphics) for the bloom, ambient occlusion, and a few other random things
(fun fact: ryu himself still doesn't have a playermodel in gmod somehow)
if you wanna facepose with the ragdoll then use the bone manipulator since all of the face things are bones and not flexes
