I like a lot of these, feels like it adds more variety, and while some of them seem a bit crazy, like the Purgeworld backgrounds, I think the tradeoff of them being hyperspecialized is fine. It's an interesting take on it and I like how well written and lore-friendly many of them feel!

i too would prefer to know what i am adding to my game, a list of traits ( with descriptions) is needed

There was never a list of traits or backstories on the original mod page, but I suppose I'll try to put something together.

As noted above I don't see anything preventing all backstories from spawning. I'll do some testing.
