I can confirm that the addon causes the camera not to follow server-based corpses spawned by Death Animations and Interactive/Serversided Death Ragdolls .

can you confirm it happens, and with what? I make these mods mostly for my own entertainment, so I rely mostly on bug reports to fix any such things

Add enable/disable addon toggle as a solution for spectating server-based corpses breaking.
It's better than having to disable the addon itself outside the game.
