it's not a matter of using the hl2 settings, but adapting the light_env to the map's atmosphere
you could totally use the hl2 settings, but what will matter is if the settings will match with YOUR map

@rom i had a weird issue where static props became invisible so thats why most of em are dynamic , light env is perfectly fine i used hl2's settings , + i am not new to mapping but thanks for your feedback

Quite the strange map, though the effort is visible, i'd recommend using more prop_physics instead of everything being a prop_static

The light_env is maybe a bit too bright aswell, and the map itself looks abit strange to lack of sense in some areas
still, not too bad for someone who's an intermediate
