100% too high, 85-90% should be max

Open with text editor file mod_main.gd and change 100 in two last rows to whatever you need

how to modify dodge cap? 60% is too low but 100% is too high. I want to set dodge cap to 75-85% what file should I edit?

The game has no any mod settings. I am not strong enough in coding to write this

Works fine, the problem was on my side as it seems that some other mod was messing with my game and it turned off all mods automatically, including this one.

For now mod working fine. Tested on dlc and no dlc game and android version too.
