Is there a way for it to shove/stumble infected instead of killing them?

I don't think there is a way (including using Sourcemod) to force a rescue vehicle to leave.
I know there is a script that makes Jimmy steal the car at Dead Center, but that's a special method, and it is too complicated and hard to apply to other maps.
I think simply killing the survivors outside the rescue vehicle is more practical.

I have an idea, and if you make a mod, which makes it that in the final chapters where the survivors have to escape in a helicopter or boat, that helicopter or boat, it will just wait a while or a little bit of time for the survivors, when that time passes, the helicopter or the ship leaves, and if no survivors arrived, Lose.
But it's your decision if you want to do it or not, if you can or not, maybe it's a bit complicated the mod, I don't know if it would be difficult for you.
