i doubt its possible to have any special outfit in the mom's shadow chase, i havent seen any other mod manage to do so. (unless you can manage something with repentogon, idk)

love this mod a lot, though ive noticed the custom hairstyles get removed during the moms shadow chase but im not sure if theres anything you can do about it. normally the workaround for keeping modded costumes in the chase is giving the character another characters null costume and then changing the sprites with a costumesuffix but because most of the characters dont have a costumesuffix normally youd have to overwrite players.xml which can cause some problems. you could also just have code that manually swaps out the hair spritesheets but that wouldnt work for isaac. just making you aware good luck with the mod o7
