I've just realised building 1 is meant to be the Little Bourke entrance to Target/Kmart Centre. It's nice to see a new Melbourne asset every once in a while

@gcmtv RICO Mod is mandatory to give Them an other Use.

None. Can just add them yourself to rico panel directly ingame if want to convert them to residential or commercial
