Of course, the whole thing is a matter of the effort required to create uneven beams. The second problem is probably related to the performance of the game. All houses are based on real life, and very few in my town have crooked beams.
The oldest house in town is from 1648.

Unfortunately, I don't understand what exactly you mean.

Good work 👍🏻but not realistic enough, these house built from the Middle Ages onwards didn’t have perfect straight timbers as supports or surrounds. Check out houses around York or even in places like Frankfurt Germany
