Ah, this sucks, been trying to use both but I think I'll just slim down my modlist to just use Guns of 93

@BananaSmellerExpert the main thing I notice when using this with Rain's mod is some magazine issues, like the M16A2 and the M14's magazine models are... well there's one in the mag, and then there's also another one upside down protruding from the top of the gun. It's not that bad tbh, mostly gets hidden by optics. But I haven't tested what they'll look like with drum mags and what not lol

@BananaSmellerExpert This mod is simple model replacer, while Rains does change alot of things aswell as adds removable magazines, which this mod did not took into account. I think you can try and in worst case scenario disable this mod. I expect the worst outcome will be that various models will be conflicting with eachother so no guarantee which one will be showing. In the end its up to you to try it out.

Is the mod compatible with Rain's gun mod ?

idk why but can you change m9 beretta's grip to black? It looks really weird tough. brown grip is not normal for m9 beretta. it really did

@ustbf123 I don't think I modified M14 in any way like that. I believe they removed options for those optics from M14 but they still can go on bolt action ones?

I'm playing this mod again after a long time, but I recall the M14 used to have an 8x scope attached. Has that feature been removed?

@pzhda'tan The guns come From The Last of Guns Remastered, more precisely "vanila" named submod. It was my attempt at making Vanila guns looking like their counterparts from TLOU. IIRC you can run it standalone and it will override vanila models, but its been some time since i made it.

@gravitymod He manages to have m14 with 2 Bullets magazine capacity, so thats what i assume too.

Guys, i do appreciate feedback, but do not appreciate people arguing. Fliping it is but a moment, but i do like the way it looks now, but will check if flipped version is to my taste.

@HACKLEBOBONEM If it's THAT big of an issue, then do it yourself. YOU spend hours trying to "fix it" in blender... Because everything is block-by-block kindergarten coding and making 3D models is the same as playing with clay, or "whatever."

I don't think it's harassment to say that the M14 just ain't right, and that a relatively minor edit is necessary in order to make the mod the best it can be. And if the author wants to make the mod the best it can be, they'll choose to fix it.

The author has been clear that this is ported from their TLOU mod, that's totally understandable. It's most likely the rifle looked so goofy in TLOU because Naughty Dog didn't want to pay for licensing the likeness of the real M14/M1A. That's completely normal.

But, @Comments are not being nitpicky. This isn't Brita® Water Filter Super-Guns Megapack. This is Vanilla Models Redux. Nobody's saying Assault Rifle #47's barrel is two inches too short and its ironsights should akshualy be fluorescent green. It's that the M14 rifle, one of the most prolific and recognizable firearms in human history, is inconsistent with the high quality of the rest. And the author has already proven they accept feedback. There are no guns to anybody's head.

DAMN! This mod looks so good! I wish more modders would just improve the vanilla look of the weapons and make them fit the time period in which the game takes place instead of trying to make it a scape from tarkov

@gravitymod Because IT SAYS that those models come from my THE LAST OF GUNS mod, which has guns that are BASED on The Last Of Us Game, where Tommy uses M14like weapon that looks like this.

That M14 is NOT right at all. That barrel is more Impossible then me getting with my dead grandma whos ashes were thrown into the ocean. How is the gun shooting into the gas chamber and THEN coming out of the barrel? No offense these models look great, but it makes me think that model was made by Bethesda. Looks great, but definitely NOT realistic.
