well if you have any other voice mods installed there then make sure you do rebuild your soundcache via "exec loadaudio" to avoid confusion
unlike my latest voicemods, my old uncut releases were never really processed beyond sampling correction and require audiocache rebulding
you really don't need to extract as you can just place it in your addons folder outside the workshop folder, if you just want it offline
although i didn't bother making an addoninfo.txt for it, you can still install it normally, just don't expect to find it in your addons tab when you do.
