Just a heads up in case you want to swipe them for your use, I have ALQ-99 and ALQ-119 pods available as ordnance items over in my RF-14 mod. You "load" them like any other missile or bomb.

underwing pylons are part of main fuselage+wings mesh

Thanks a lot, I'll try it out today! Is there a separate mesh for underwing pylons or is that part of the wing on the EA-6?
