just played with skulltaker and it seems like Bloodreaper hero recrutment is disabled when upgrading the horde recrutment building to teir 2, it worked just fine with tier 1 building, vanilla settlement building keep the ''allow recruitment of X Hero'' on all uper tier but not in your horde building, maybe that's the issue

when you say "all khorne generals" Do you mean ALL khorne generals? cause if that's the case anyway you can make it so its only for the legendary lords?

next little update, that add development cost points to some of the buildings, to make horde growth more worthable

sorry for the problems, the first version had some problems with the camp stance, so that you cant build horde buildings. Should be fixed now

i added a new special building, the "temple of skulls", the ultimate target for every army, which bring massive bonus to the army to celebrate your khorne servant even more!
