I personally don't see how people can see unusual effect can be distracting, i do love this one but i also don't understand how tf2s art style works, in my opinion i think that this is a good Unusual Effect, and I personally would love to see it in tf2!

This effect is not TF2. I can recognize that a lot of creativity went into making this, but it does not fit the game at all.

As neat as this looks it's somehow even more distracting and bothersome than some of the most atrocious unusual effects out there. While I can understand the point of an unusual effect is to be flashy this does it fairly poorly which is a shame given how nice it looks.

Hi everyone, I worked on this, and I see a lot of mention about there not being team color boarder and actually there is!
The border around the speach bubble is either red or blue depending on what team you're on. We'll update the page soon to include showing that off because we acidently forgot to, haha!

It'd've been cooler if the art was directly triggered by the in-game face rigs and such.

Also, why no blue border for Blu team?

if it was maybe a little smaller, slightly transparent and had a light team coloured outline I think it would easily be one of the best unusual these past years

I'm quite a fan of this. i think my biggest gripe would be that it's not at least a little transparent. (it's obscuring everything above the players head)
