How can you trigger your doctors taking a break after each patient? Or ist that a joke? I have to manually unassign every patient otherwise my doctors won't take a break...

As the description said, you'll get alerts that patients wanna leave, but they dont. Your lost cases shouldnt go up. If they do leave, its because of something else other than that they've waited too long. (unless they waited for 10 days, then they will.)
