@Eternal The spartans are considered Boons, so you can turn them off in the Firefight Settings.
Sandtrap:
I really feel like this map is not being used to its fullest potential. The weapon and vehicles available to the player is extremely limited. This is my proposal for for upgrading it:
Make Sandtrap a vehicle heavy map. Modded firefight maps with LOTS of vehicular combat are almost non-existent. You could add hornets, banshees, a scorpion, and all three hog variants. And why not include the Elephant? This would be the PERFECT map for open warfare.
To keep it fun and interesting, have the enemy phantoms drop of LOTS of wraiths and frequently send banshees to attack the player as a hazard. (But allow the banshees to be hijackable) Maybe if a player gets in a hornet or banshee, enemies could deploy anti-air wraiths to intercept the player (via script or something). This bonus idea might sound wild, but I'd go as far to say that flyable dropships could work in theory IF they're made destructible.
