Is the 279 speed in mobile mode? The mod leaves the speed tech modifiers unchanged and only changes the base speeds. I don't see anything in the code that would explain a speed increase to 279 unless the game adds the base unit speed + mobile mode speed and then factors in the modifiers.

Upgraded divisions move way faster than their tech modifiers indicate. Max level division should have a speed of 140 with this mod, given 70 base speed and the modifiers for each tech level. But their actual speed is 279.
