Thanks for these mods! I had your police office/detective themed mod before & seeing this new one is so cool. Love this art style for adding detail to pawn rooms/workshops <3

I think it would be fitting and also balanced if each one gave a very small research speed bonus. It should be balanced because it takes up physical space.
