If you want to play with a bunch of mods and this fleet auxiliary they need at the top of the mod manager list.

Most likely was a time management decision as these ships aren't primarily going to be used to often in missions compared the front line ships which will be making active use of helicopters. So most likely will be coming as a later thing when they get around to modelling the hangar space for these ships.

You are doing great work with these mods. Really makes scenarios interesting.

This one and the Sac, This is good work. Very impressive. Not sure why this capability was left out by the Devs, but perhaps they will get around to it eventually. Either way appreciate your work.
