Toontown Central Is in the works! though it may be a while before it ever comes out! :)

Haha thanks glad you like my maps! It was a pretty normal process to import models and textures. only problem was Toontown's obsession with vertex colors. those won't import. so... a lot of texture baking!

Yes they do in fact have eyes! Actually if you look at the toontown map you can also see the eyes at the top of the tower.
