Nice boots.
I like the details that the holsters are at different heights for the different classes, i.e. Heavy has very long arms so his holsters sits very low, while Sniper's sit very high up.
Pyro looks cool with all the extra straps and things.

I still think the holsters should have pistols in them, even though the characters can't actually draw the weapon. It just looks weird without it. :-/
