If you want to run HL2 Episode 1 with beta mods I'd recommend you just stick to reskins, not remodels, for episodic exclusive content. For stalkers, you should download a reskin like my darker stalker reskin

@Donowa The texture work isn't particularly great (probably because the devs just slapped the actually concept art photo onto the model itself) but it's still super cool seeing how the enemies of half-life 2 came to be
