2002 Stalker Replacement

What this addon does:
- Replaces retail sounds with beta ones
- Replaces stalker model with the 2002 model from Project Beta
- Forces Stalkers to run

The sprint animation is slow... but it's still faster than the walk animation it has.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The mod itself does not come with the required textures, so any mod that includes one of the original models from the beta should fix the bug.
