also if the moodles aren't showing up for you and you have Moodles in Lua installed make sure you set them to be the selected pack in the mod's settings
You can try this method since B42 mods are a bit finicky at the moment.
You can try to relaunch the game and hopefully it'll work. If not, then you might want to manually delete the mod from the steam workshop folder in your Steam Library. Let the game download this mod again and you should be good to go. If you are using Moodles in Lua, make sure to put that mod on the top order.

My only suggestion would be for the 'broken bone' to be soemthing like a heart of medical + symbol. Broken bone make you think it's an actual broken bone, when low health can be any reason. Egg wasn't exactly an improvement. But we have universal gaming symbols for abstract 'health'!
