Very nice except that there is no introduction (makes it less beautiful) and some music sometimes would make it nicer...
I find it quite difficult because of health kit shortages.

For floating items/ guns, you can try to change the "spawnflags" of the item to 1. I often used this on my mods to make my spawned items drop on the ground. They're script mods though. But as the spawn settings of map & mod are basically the same, this should also work on ma, I think
