Discord is usually ideal, but yeah haha. For now I'm busy anyway though and it depends on what the character choice would even be when I'm open, too!

It's also worth noting that whether or not I accept a commission depends on several factors like personal interest too though, haha.

Coming back to this after a little time to think about why I was so bothered by the jab.
Turns out, I mostly get antsy about noncombatants being dragged into a fight. I think you shouldn't bring harm to an outsider, but if anyone tries to kill you, you can do whatever you need to win it, hence why my suggested fix was "Kiss the opponent like Bugs Bunny."

But that's just how I perceive things and what I value. Others can disagree.

Another amazing character by Felix and the CotJ team. Between Link here, King Harkinian, Both Morshus, the Hotel Bros, Meen, and Gwonam who we get tomorrow that makes a magnificent roster of CD-I representation. Fun to play as and faithful to the iconic source material from the one and only time Nintendo lent their IPs so freely. For me the sentence-mixed swears are the cherry on top to hearken back to classic YTPs. (Legit busted out laughing the first time I got ringed out and he went "fuck". Also I find it hilarious how Zelda is a projectile. Keep up the good work!

I do overall enjoy the character. I'm providing feedback because I respect the creators. They've made 44 other pieces of solid gold, in my opinion. Don't see a point in hanging back when it can be 45.

This would be so awesome if there was a Palette for CDI Link that gave him the appearance and voice lines of the Zelda Cartoon.

On the whole, I like this character! I think you guys did a good job with him. Mostly meets my expectations.
My only criticism is the jab. CDi Zelda is one of the oldest girl boss takes on the character, having starred in an entire darn game as the main protagonist, and she has repeatedly shown disinterest in Link's flirting, which he mostly seems to do as a joke anyhow.
Link pulling Zelda around and smooching her repeatedly comes off as along the lines of Pepe le Pew behavior... without the part where he gets what's coming to him, should you play well.

It just puts a bad taste in my mouth.

While I, personally, don't mind it too much (sentence mixing is a work of art and a Youtube Poop staple), I get where you're coming from. It'd be cool if we had a G-rated version of the audio where the characters don't swear. Probably wouldn't take much effort to implement.

Why do you always put the best ones at the end of the pack?

My guess as to why you think it's funny is because these characters normally never use bad language. But I still don't get it, though. It feels more upsetting to me to hear some of my favorite meme characters say words that don't fit their personalities at all.

They only have a couple at most and we think it just makes them funnier, haha. Glad you like the characters though!

The sprites for CD-i Link here are super goofy. He would've been a lot better without the swear words, though, especially since they're inaccurate with the character. I get that they're supposed to be funny, but even if there are references to them, I just don't see it. Same applies to the King. Despite that, though, these are really good characters.
