The uptilt is not functioning properly. Animation will play but no damage is dealt.

Thank you for letting me know, I've updated Commando which should fix it :)

I'm not sure if its intentional or even that important, but Commandos down smash shifts his hurtbox further back than his sprite art would suggest. Just thought I'd mention it in case its a bug.
