Great mod dude, wish there was mod to completely shut settlement trading off, kinda breaks sense of immersion knowing it's still abusable even if I self restrain.

Thank you for the mod! This is really necessary, since the AI does not use region trading and therefore is not programmed to handle it, so the feature is exclusively for the player to exploit.

Would you please consider making a version of this mod, but with non agression pact instead of alliance?
